This is a Monday to Friday residential programme with students being accommodated on campus from Sunday evening until Friday at 4pm. All students participating in this exciting Transition Year programme will be required to use Irish at school, at leisure and during off campus excursions.

Clár seachtainiúil | Weekly Programme

Academic Tuition :
Academic class room tuition will take place through the medium of the Irish Language, Monday to Friday. Irish will be the spoken language of the course (classroom and extra-curricular activities) and every effort will be made to help the students on their language journey

Four weeks of work placement off-campus is an essential component of the course (on-campus accommodation is not included during the four weeks of work experience).

There will be a number of workshops as part of the course, including media and film-making.

After school hours:
On-campus sports include football, hurling, camogie, tennis, basketball, volleyball, soccer, handball, racketball.
Indoor and outdoor activities  including; drama production, classes in dance, music and drama, horticultural classes, naomhóg and sailing classes.
