Do I have to stay for the full duration of the course?
The department of education insists that students stay for the full duration of the course Exceptions can be made under very specific conditions but only with the express written permission of the student’s college
Will I get a Certificate if I miss a night or two?
In line with department regulations certificates indicate clearly the dates that students were in attendance and the dates that were absent.
Is it possible to pay in installments?
Full payment is due in advance of the course to secure a place – Other arrangements can be made, if necessary, on a case by case basis.
What is the accommodation situation?
Students are accommodated in guest houses located on campus or with local host families. Rooms are available on a shared basis with either two, three or four students to a room.
Can we share rooms with a friend?
We do our best to accommodate friends together and there is an opportunity for students to indicate, when booking, who they would like to share with.
Do we have to bring our own bed linen?
Bed linen is supplied – but in some cases students elect to bring their own – which is also fine.
Is there WIFI?
Yes there is access to WIFI at a number of locations around the College.
Have we any free time?
The course is quite an intensive one and free time is limited. However, there are a number of hours during the late afternoons which are typically unscheduled and organised activities usually conclude at 8pm each evening. There are a number of evenings during the course of the programme which are unscheduled and students are free to pursue their own activities on campus.
